STANDARD SHIPPING
It will take 3-5 business days to process your order. It will take an additional 2-4 business days for your order to deliver. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We CANNOT guarantee Saturday delivery. We do NOT ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 5 business days for orders to process (for example, if you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Saturday). You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout, which can take up to 48 hours. You will receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 - 4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us via email after the estimated delivery time.
DUE TO HIGH VOLUMES OF FRAUDULENT PURCHASES, BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESSES MUST BE THE SAME, I WILL NOT PROCESS THE ORDER IT WILL BE CANCELLED ONCE PLACED.
Due to problems with missing shipments, we ship all packages with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. Meaning, someone must be there to sign for the package. USPS will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange alternate delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for package pick-up. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.

DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
SHIPPING DELAYS
For your convenience, it’s always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagement it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our shipping partner USPS

We do NOT ship on Saturdays/Sundays ANY Items Purchased After 12pm (Eastern Time Zone) on Friday Will Process on The Next Business Day (The Following Monday).

We ship only to verified addresses. If your shipping and billing addresses differ, confirmation will not proceed. Domestic shipping takes 5-7 business days, and international shipping takes 6-10 business days. Shipping costs are $20 for domestic orders and $25 per bundle for international, including taxes.
During sales, shipping may take 7-14 business days. Orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once placed. Same-day and Saturday delivery are not guaranteed. Processing may take up to 4 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
RETURN POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS Due to the Nature of our products We cannot issue a refund. All sales are final. If you received the wrong product or missing any products please contact our customer service within 24 hours after receiving the merchandise. Please do not unravel, wet, play with or install hair. Allow 5 TO 7 days to process and ship your order. All Orders will require a signature for delivery. No Exceptions

UPON APPROVAL OF MANAGEMENT
You may exchange for the same purchase price if contacted within 3 business days of delivery. Hair must be in the original state cannot altered and must be returned in original packaging. There is a $20 restocking fee for ALL exchanges.

Please make sure that your address on paypal is your address. You will risk postponed shipment on your product. *Note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. How much hair should I buy?
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Processing and shipping altogether will take approximately 5-7 business days. If you are located in the Miami area, your order can be picked up at our Miami location within 3-4 business days.
How long does your Virgin Hair extensions last?
Our 100% virgin hair can last up to a year with proper care and treatment. See our hair care section for further details.
How often should I wash and condition my virgin hair?
You should not wash your hair daily because it can cause your hair to dry out from all of its natural oils. Washing your hair once a week is highly recommended. Although this method is not needed if your are NOT using hair oils such as Argon Oil, Morrocon Oil, etc.
Can I apply oil to my extensions?
Natural hair oils such as Morrocon and Argon oils are recommended, but NOT for daily usage. You should only oil your hair one time during usage. Costant use of oils will weigh your hair down causing a synthetic look.
Can I use styling products on my Virgin Hair Extensions?
Yes you can. This is also something that should NOT be used on a daily basis
What color are the extensions?
100% Virgin unprocessed hair comes in a natural black/brown color. But once the hair arrives to you, you can process and dye the hair as you please.
Can I straighten or curl my hair extensions?
Yes! Your virgin extensions can be straightened, curled, and styled as you desire. Please beware that over heating your hair can cause damage.Which is the best shampoo and conditioner to use?
We recommend using Pantene Pro-V Sheer Volume Weightless Shampoo and Conditioner. But for curly and wavy hair textures, you will want to use Silicon Bamboo Deep Conditioner treatment.
Can I bleach and color my hair?
This is 100% non-processed virgin human hair. If done properly hair can reach to 613. Hair can be bleached, dyed, rinsed and still be styled at the buyer's caution. With proper care, hair can be used for up to 2 years.
Does this hair shed?
Any hair that has been manufacture to be stitched on a weft is entitled to experience minimum shedding which is absolutely normal. Minimum shedding meaning (the hair will be never have a noticeable or drastic decrease in its density or volume. However, proper maintenance is extremely important and advised.
Whats the difference between raw hair and virgin hair
"Virgin" refers to hair that is assuredly unprocessed but steamed treated, devoid of any hair color or chemicals, and maintaining all cuticles in their original, healthy state."Raw" ensures that all cuticles of the hair are uniformly aligned in the same direction, eliminating the common issue of hair tangling this alignment preserves the hair in its natural state, which is why there's no need for additional processing. Raw hair is inherently natural, originating from its natural source.
